APPLYING TO PASS DEGREE MILESTONE – Admission to Second Year

Available as a Printable PDF

For students that started studio sequence fall 2007 or Spring 2008 and have completed (or are currently enrolled in) HUD 161 (INT 123), and HUD 201 with a “C” or better

Applying to pass the degree milestone requirement (second year) is competitive and limited by available resources.  Admission is awarded to those applicants demonstrating superior academic achievement and the highest promise for professional success.  Students applying to more than one program must submit a separate application and portfolio (if required) to each program. Students not enrolled at ASU when they apply to pass the degree milestone must also submit an application for admission to the university.  Students that do not pass the degree milestone are not dismissed from the college and may reapply the following year or transfer to other college programs.  Students who plan to reapply should contact an academic advisor.  Transfers into programs are considered only if vacancies occur, and such transfers are limited to students with equivalent course work who are competitive with continuing students. Transfer and re-application students may apply for any open slots per the Director’s discretion.

Submission Deadline
