Jr Experience Design & Events Coordinator

The Design School in ASU’s Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts seeks an experienced events professional. This position will assist in the scheduling and coordination of public and academic events, seminars, and conferences. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, positive and service-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail. This position reports to the Manager of Faculty and Academic Affairs. This is a full-time, salaried position which requires a flexible work schedule to accommodate night and weekend events. Under administrative direction, performs work of considerable difficulty planning, coordinating, organizing, staffing and supervising events sponsored by the College, College Alumni Association, student organizations, off-campus organizations, or a combination of the aforementioned. Position reports to the Office of Development and Office of the Dean.
