Each spring, The Design School closes the academic year with our Final Reviews and Community Celebration, a multi-day series of events highlighting student achievement, design excellence and the strength of our community.
Join students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners and the public for Final Reviews, exhibitions, special programming and finish with an evening celebration recognizing the outstanding work created throughout the year.

Logistics for spring 2026
Several transportation options are available for those visiting our exhibitions or joining us for our Community Celebration.
- Parking on campus
- Campus visitors will find several daily or hourly parking options. The closest garages to The Design School are the Myrtle Avenue garage and Mill Avenue Parking Structure.
- Other transportation options
- If parking is unavailable to you, there are plenty of other ways to get to campus. ASU’s Parking and Transportation Services website lists options such as campus shuttles, Valley Metro bus or light rail, biking and more.
Community Celebration
The Community Celebration will take place on Friday, May 8, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the evening for all guests.

Security
During the Final Review sessions, our buildings will be fully accessible. If, for some reason you are unable to enter one of our buildings, please contact our Front Office in Design North room 162.
During the Community Celebration, access will be more limited due to our buildings automatically locking at 6 p.m. MST for security. The main entrance doors will be held open to allow those in attendance to enter both buildings. We encourage those who have ASU IDs to carry their IDs with them in case they need access to a certain building or studio room.
Safety tips
Students and guests are empowered to take an active role in their own safety and security. The Dean of Students has compiled personal safety suggestions to help you remain protected.

Please contact your instructor for any questions that you may have about the plans for your studios.
Please have your ASU ID on hand in case you need access to your studios or buildings after hours.
